My husband and I cannot say enough about Leibish and Co and especially, Itzik Polnauer. My husband purchased two beautiful yellow diamonds from their website with the assistance of Itzik for the purpose of designing a ring for himself. We then went to their store on 5th Ave and met with Itzik. Such a lovely man. He sat patiently with us while working to bring my husband’s vision for his ring to life. His knowledge and desire to make you, his customer, comfortable and happy are beyond words.

He then brought out their beautiful collection of gems for us to look at - it was dazzling. My husband asked me if I saw anything that I liked for my Christmas gift - I found a beautiful emerald ring.

While there, he asked to see my engagement ring - which also needed to be resized. Upon looking at it, he noted a crack in the basket holding the diamond! He stated that he could have it sent to their jeweler to be repaired. We immediately agreed - it turned out, not only was the basket cracked, but a prong holding the main diamond was cracked as well.

Last evening, we picked up our rings. They are absolutely stunning. My husband’s ring is now reality exactly as he envisioned. I have my Christmas gift. And my engagement ring looks almost better than when he first put it on my hand.

The prices are reasonable and the quality of workmanship is second to none. But, the customer service is fantastic - you are made to feel like family and not a customer. In closing, if I could give more than five stars, I would … ten wouldn’t be enough!

I love this orange diamond floral pendant! I cannot wait to surprise my girlfriend with it, I know she'll love it. The tint of orange is just the color I was looking for and the size and design were perfect. Nothing too big that it would be in the way of whatever else she plans to wear with it, but big enough to catch notice and add a classy and subtle hint of character. For natural coloured diamonds, Leibish arguably have the best reputation in the world, and for good reason. I did extensive research before choosing to buy from Leibish. No other retailer can compete with the range and quality of diamonds that are naturally coloured, with no heat treatment. I’m in the UK, and the idea of buying a highly valuable item from sellers in Israel, with (due to Covid lockdown) no chance of inspection in person, felt a little daunting, or even downright risky. But right from my first dealings with Leibish I was put completely at ease. For one thing, their stones are shown on their website in 3D and in such high definition, you can see in fine detail exactly what you are getting before you commit. In addition, Leibish display GIA certificate for each stone IN FULL online. You’ll notice not many dealers do this. Customer service was excellent. I had never purchased jewelry online prior to my experience with Leibish and was hesitant about buying something that I wasn’t able to physically hold in my hand and examine. Leibish offered the best high resolution multi angle photos (and videos) of each diamond in their expansive inventory. The sales representative that I worked with (shout-out to Meira) was beyond fantastic. We were in constant communication about what I wanted from the customized engagement/wedding rings I was purchasing. It’s my first time buying a diamond online and I was very skeptical before I found Leibish. After some research and every where I looked said Leibish is the best place for fancy color diamond. Customer service is great because you are dealing with your sales person. Mine was Mali. She was vert helpful during the whole process. I’ve talked to other online dealers and they can’t guarantee that the jeweler can set the diamond in a way where I can see the laser inscription. But Leibish promised they can and they actually took a magnified picture for me showing me the laser inscription after the setting. Because it’s a family owned company, they are a lot more flexible and accommodating to my needs. Every time I call, even if I couldn’t reach Mali, other sales person will know what’s going on. If not, they will make sure to get back to me very quickly even if it’s after hours in Israel. Shipping was fast and trouble free. My jewelry was absolutely beautiful and great craftsmanship.
