Once the mount is completed and pre-polished, it is ready for setting. Even though the pre-setting for the center stone is integrated into the model at the design stage, this does not apply to the side stones. In order to ensure the greatest accuracy and cleanest setting edge, the setter hand drills each hole for the side stones using a microscope. As opposed to other commercial enterprises, peperation is made by hand for each side stone which results in a much higher quality product.
