Who doesn't want to save money? We all know the local jewelry store is laughing to the bank with their markup and Costco is really only a option for ring size 6-8 due to their standard size 7 policy, so where to turn? After doing your research, you are probably going to turn to Leibish for a multitude of reasons. Amazing website, high quality photo and video, unmatched customer service, decent prices and even the occasional sales. Tips I learned 1) They have access to all the stones you see online. So if you can't decide between a few, they can take a photo of them together for comparison. 2) Not in a hurry? You can buy, then delay shipping until the coast is clear. Best of all, if a better option comes online, you can always switch stones hassle free. 3) They have access to amazing jewelry designers who can advice you on the colour or type of setting even if you are doing it independently 4) Wait for the sales which seems to happen every month of so. Not like most sales people out there who always try to find out what you seem to like better and push you that direction, Aviva gave honest and straightforward comments on diamonds. I've never bought a piece of jewelry online let alone one that cost as much as a car! It is a very scary thought and I did a lot of reading and researching. So many sites out there offer FCD but they seem...less than legit. I saw Leibish recommended so many times as THE place for FCD that I felt comfortable in looking there. Once I started asking them questions, I felt confident that this was the place. Amir was so kind and patient in answering all of my MANY questions and in helping me choose the right diamond. I kept asking for his opinion about this diamond and that one and after what felt like a very stressful and difficult decision, I feel I made the right choice. Their custom ring setting cost less than my engagement setting did (which was not custom made) and my custom design is a large carat weight in diamonds! My anniversary was quickly approaching and I hoped to have to ready in time but did not know if they could make it happen. Amir and Mali assured me they would do their very best to make it happen. And happen it did! It arrived to the US west coast from Israel in 2 days!!! It got here on Friday and my anniversary was Saturday! I was so thrilled. And when it arrived (I had only seen a top down view of my ring as they didn't have time to do more photos as they wanted to get it shipped ASAP) I was thrilled to see that every detail I had imagined had not only been incorporated into my ring but it exceeded my expectations and what I saw in my mind! Mother and I have finally received the stone after some coordination. All we can say is that this purchase has earned our complete trust in Leibish & Co. I purchased a pink and blue heart diamond ring for my wife for Christmas. This was my first experiencing buying fancy colored diamonds, so suffice to say I was a little nervous. The ring arrived EXACTLY as shown on the website, capturing the colors of the stones exactly! It came packaged beautifully in a box that also included all of the GIA certs as well as the requested appraisal. My wife absolutely loves the ring. Her only complaint is that it is so beautiful and so elegant that it makes the rest of her (very expensive) diamond jewelry look plain by comparison. I have to agree. The ring is exquisite to a point that it is not just jewelry, it is art. >From the time the price was agreed to the day I received the ring, I was in contact with Johanna nearly every day with an update. The ring had to be shipped from the Hong Kong office to the main office in Israel to be resized (free), and then there was a customs strike in Israel that unexpected delayed the shipment. Normally this would make someone that just wired a very large amount of money to a foreign country nervous, especially so close to Christmas, but Johanna did everything she could to allay any fears I had. Despite her being in Israel, I received very prompt responses -- even at times of the day that I would have considered unreasonable (afternoon for me, 2-3 am for her!). So, bottom line: this ring is a one-of-a-kind treasure and will one day be an heirloom in my family. The price was excellent for such a unique piece with diamonds of this quality, and the customer service exceeded my very-high expectations. I will definitely purchase from Leibish again in the future!!

I have never purchased jewelry on-line, but when a local jeweler could not find me the fancy yellow diamond I needed to complete my ring, I went on line and found Leibish & Co. I had been advised to look for a company with a storefront presence, which Leibish has, in New York City, and I checked their Better Business Bureau review, which is excellent. While looking over their loose stone selections, I must have click on something to call me, and within minutes Amir was talking to me on the phone while he made suggestions. We found the perfect stone together and I made the purchase. But the best part, actually there are two best parts, was when the diamond arrived via FedEx the very next morning!
