I must say I was afraid at first about buying a $15,000 ring online, especially from another country. But I did my research about this seller, and saw that they were trustworthy. I got great value for my money compared to paying in store, which is why I was prompted to look online. From start to finish, the salesperson's email responses were prompt and precise. The ring took about 30 days to make, and was delivered on time, when it was supposed to be. My girlfriend, now fiancée, was speechless and so happy to see such a beautiful yellow diamond halo ring. I purchased two fancy intense yellow heart shaped diamonds from Leibish. I worked with Amir. He did a good job of alerting me when new diamonds were available (despite the time zone differences) and helped me customize two rings. They took several weeks to prepare, as expected. I wish the whole process went quicker, but I'm sure they're going as fast as they can. Shipping was very fast once the rings were ready. I was surprised that I had to send government forms to FedEx to import the first diamond into the US. Leibish imported the second diamond on my behalf, which was much more convenient. The quality of the diamonds and settings are excellent -- better than other companies I've used. The next time I need a colored diamond I will definitely check with Leibish first.

Mostly because it requires me to remember to do it. But I'm writing this one today because- well it's a little important when it's about the biggest moment of your life. So- first, Efi - you were absolutely wonderful to work with. Patient, speedy, jovial, and supportive are just a few things that describe this gentleman. Second- OUTSTANDING craftsmanship! I mean, it's hard not to stare at my ring! The diamond is stunning. The detail and setting work are phenomenal and tasteful at the same time. I found Leibish due to all the great reviews online and figured so many people couldn't be wrong. I was right, this experience has been nothing short of perfection. From my first interaction with Meira through chat and over 50 emails later, we perfected the engagement ring with the diamond and setting I wanted. Meira always responded quickly and made this experience comfortable and exciting unlike many stores you deal with in person where pressure is the main sales tactic. The photo you sent just didn’t do it justice! It is so sparkly, so shiny, so pink, and so perfect! It just couldn’t have turned out any better and not only met but exceeded my expectations! This was just such an amazing experience and you made my very first custom piece of jewelry a wonderful experience! I've never bought a piece of jewelry online let alone one that cost as much as a car! It is a very scary thought and I did a lot of reading and researching. So many sites out there offer FCD but they seem...less than legit. I saw Leibish recommended so many times as THE place for FCD that I felt comfortable in looking there. Once I started asking them questions, I felt confident that this was the place. Amir was so kind and patient in answering all of my MANY questions and in helping me choose the right diamond. I kept asking for his opinion about this diamond and that one and after what felt like a very stressful and difficult decision, I feel I made the right choice. I never once felt pressure to make an immediate decision or to put money down or to buy which I really appreciated. Not only that, but Amir did not always recommend the most expensive stone when I would present several for him to advise me on. That was to me a very big indication that they are here to help me make the best decision and not just sell me a diamond. He also didn't make me feel bad that I was not investing $50,000 plus and that what my budget was was still my hard earned money and he wanted to help me make the right choice. Then came the design process. I didn't want something that everyone else had, I had a vision of what I wanted loosely based on a design I saw on their site but with several customizations. They were able to accommodate all that I wanted in my design and an extremely affordable price! Their custom ring setting cost less than my engagement setting did (which was not custom made) and my custom design is a large carat weight in diamonds! My anniversary was quickly approaching and I hoped to have to ready in time but did not know if they could make it happen. Amir and Mali assured me they would do their very best to make it happen. And happen it did! It arrived to the US west coast from Israel in 2 days!!! It got here on Friday and my anniversary was Saturday! I was so thrilled. And when it arrived (I had only seen a top down view of my ring as they didn't have time to do more photos as they wanted to get it shipped ASAP) I was thrilled to see that every detail I had imagined had not only been incorporated into my ring but it exceeded my expectations and what I saw in my mind! I just couldn't be happier with my ring and am already thinking of what I would like to do next! And I most definitely will be buying my future FCD and custom jewelry from Leibish!

Well it started out for me to want to own a fancy color diamond i searched and searched online, all i could find was ether way to expensive fancy color stones with no color or huge ones with color but that had an extreme price. I wanted to small stones with intense color, because in color diamonds its not about size its about color, that's how i came across leibish. I found a two stones i liked one i wanted to buy earlier but did not for personal reasons when i was ready to buy, i went back to check an see if it was still there luckily it was. After browsing for a bit i found another stone a pink diamond , i was so sure i wanted both now so i haggled the price down a bit(oh they will work with you on price please ask). I went to the bank and just wired 1769 dollars to them, it was a smooth until they got back to me an said the pink diamond was accidentally not removed from the listed stock online. I was kinda mad about this. This is where the company took me for a surprise a good one i should say! The next day Meira had a diamond of equal quality to offer me without any excuses or any problems. In the diamond business yes like any business its about money yes, but in this business trust is the real value. Believe me if i had millions to spend i would do it with them, because to them its not about number amounts its about you
