I just received my ring about an hour ago at my door, and I am wearing it now. This is my first diamond, and I am thrilled and very pleased! Throughout the process of selecting the stone, designing the ring until the shipping overseas, everything went smoothly, and I did appreciate the patience and friendly assistance provided by the whole Leibish staff. In my defination, writing a review or survey or recommendation etc just need less than 5mins usually, however, Leibish make this major change as I have many many to say (but I wish to keep it short). Firstly, very impresstive with their website although some improvment could be make it better. Secondly, the compliment I can give to Ms.Mali Wasyng-Gavra (Customer Service Manager) is priceless as she is professional, friendly, helpful, understanding, caring etc.... I had a very comforable shopping experience. Finally, when I got my diamonds, they made my day. They're very beautiful, valueable than what you expect and services support was great.

I first found Leibish & Co when searching google for pink Argyle diamonds. I was nervous at first because it is scary sending a lot of money to someone you don't know so I started by buying a tiny pink pair of diamonds and everything went well so that gave me confidence to search for my dream pink Argyle diamond. After perusing the internet for several days looking at both engagement rings and loose diamonds, we came across Leibish and Co. We fell in love with a beautiful 1.01 carat fancy gray diamond and immediately checked customer reviews and references because we all know how scary it can be to purchase items on line, especially when we are talking about purchasing an expensive item such as a diamond and purchasing from outside the country! I was looking for a fancy yellow diamond online and I came across Leibish & Co.'s website. I purchased a 1.25 ct cushion cut stone and also selected a custom setting for it. When the ring arrived, although it was beautiful, it was a bit smaller than I had anticipated and didn't suit my finger. I contacted Chavi, my representative at Leibish and she was very understanding and accommodating. She offered to take the ring back and she helped me find a larger stone. I purchased a 3ct. cushion which we mounted in a custom setting with two half moon diamonds. It came out perfect and I am ecstatic with my ring.  All I can say about Chavi and Leibish is that they aim to please and they have the best selection of colored diamonds anywhere. You won't be disappointed.

I have bought several fancy colored diamonds from Leibish & Co, whose staff members have treated me most professionally and kindly and I have become a confident buyer of their beautiful diamonds.

Once my fiancée and I selected our diamond through Leibish's website, we placed the order and paid by PayPal on a Friday evening. Perhaps two hours after placing the order I received an email informing me that the money had been received, but it was the week-end in Israel and our stone would be shipped out first thing on Sunday. Immediately I was pleased; the diamond actually arrived in Vancouver, BC on the following Tuesday - exceptionally quickly!

Unfortunately for both Leibish and I, PayPal threw a huge wrench in the payment process, first freezing the funds and then taking more than a week (!) to return them to me after they "determined" that the transaction was unauthorized (without even bothering to ask me, I might add). Mali at Leibish and Co. was extremely patient, communicated professionally, didn't attempt to place blame or pressure - just waited with me for PayPal to sort themselves out and apologized to me for my inconvenience! Imagine that - I had their merchandise and they didn't have their money, but still waited patiently with me for the resolution! A class act. Don't hesitate to do business with them.

Also: the diamond is beautiful and I'm still shaking my head a bit about what a great deal we got on it. :)
