Worth the Plunge

I have been looking for a diamond for over a year and I had found this company early on but as it was an overseas purchase I was very nervous. I liked what I was seeing and th eprices were reasonable so after a little research into the favourable reviews made about Leibish & Co and their sales people I took the plunge.

The web site is great for stone detail , with the videos and pictures and certificates. When I asked for an additional photo ti verify the stone's laser girdle, it was not a problem. My sales person ( Thank you Mali) was great, followed up with me but did not apply pressure as I made my final decision and customs duty checks.

I was nervous after I had wired the money- but for no reason. My stone was sent and arrived just over a week later. And I love it.

Leibish has a very good collection of Fancy colored diamonds.

I bought a Fancy Deep Pink and its more beautiful than I had expected. Rich and warm shade of pink with excellent brilliance. 
My sales representative was Aviva and I had wonderful experience working with her. There was no overcommitment and I was delivered exactly what I was promised. My ring was custom designed and the craftsmanship was awesome. Aviva was very cooperative and excellent in her work, she worked with me in getting me exactly what I had desired for, no more no less. 
While she was on leave, Mali helped assisting me in best possible way. She helped me in selecting the right stone for me as I was confused between two stones (Fancy Intense and Fancy Deep).

On December 25, 2012, my husband and I celebrated the 25-year anniversary of his marriage proposal to me. To celebrate he proposed again with a beautiful 4.10 carat canary diamond ring from Leibish & Co. Although nervous at first about not dealing with a company in the U. S. the reviews that we read online coupled with the video on CNBC and the article in the New York Post made us feel comfortable. From start to finish Amir Fogel was a pleasure to work with; always knowledgeable and helpful and even arranged to have the diamond sent to a jeweler in New York along with the GIA certificate so that we could examine both. When we received the ring in the setting it was delivered along with the GIA certificate and an in house appraisal. Our insurance (State Farm) required us to have the ring appraised in the U. S. by one of their certified jewelers and I am happy to say that the ring was actually appraised for more than the in house appraisal. Worth the Wait! (& Weight!)

Buying a diamond online is risky business, even my jeweller tried to say it wasn't worth the risk. So I did my best to research each site I looked at. Leibish & Co looked by far the best option, so I set about finding reviews on google and then joined their facebook group and read all the comments.

I found the one I liked, but took too long making up my mind and by the time I got round to it, it had sold. The next time I found THE ONE, I got in touch asap (with Ari Forman) and had it reserved. Staff at Leibish were more than helpful and prompt, taking extra photo's and video's and giving me personal assurance that they had seen the stone and it was as it looked, extremely beautiful!

I took the plunge, wired the money and within 24hours Ari had called me to tell me the payment was received. Next he gave me a tracking number and I waited eagerly. That night (a Friday) I was pleasantly surprised to see the stone left the country on its way to Hong Kong; by Monday it had landed in New Zealand; Tuesday Customs contacted me about GST; Wednesday I filled out customs forms and paid my GST. Exactly one week after Ari's call, I was holding my stone; a fancy light yellow cushion shaped brilliant cut diamond. It is so beautiful! thank you.

I had been searching at my local jewelers for a show stopper of a ring. I knew exactly what I was looking for. I met with multiple sales people (at different stores) and for months, got nowhere. I was very specific about the type of canary diamond I wanted. My budget was not an issue it seemed the retailers weren't interested in helping me spend my money.

When I was looking for an engagement ring, i visited countless jewelry shops across multiple countries from local jewelers to high end brands like harry winston. I read on a number forums that there were significant savings to be made from buying jewelry online so i again investigated the plethora of online sites offering this service. i was very skeptical at first to spend so much money on something very personal online but after six months of searching, I can say hands down that leibish and co. is the best online jeweler I have came across. Most online sites have 1 or 2 good features but are seriously lacking in other areas. After the ring was made, i wasnt 100% pleased with the outcome, but to my surprise leibish and co were more than accommodating and offered to remake the ring again with some slight modifications. I was pleased with the photos of the final ring, but i have to say seeing the ring in person far surpassed my expectations. Delivery was also very prompt having taken only 3 days to deliver. My first experience with Leibish & Co was to purchase and return a diamond. I had received advise from Aviva that the diamond was probably not to my taste, but didn't heed it.

Upon receiving the stone, I found she was right. Through the transaction I learned Leibish customer service is outstanding. What could have been uncomfortable (buying and returning a 3 carat diamond internationally and over the internet) was easy and safe.

After that, I waited 2 years to purchase again. When I began shopping, Aviva remembered me. It is hard to find a higher diamond quality, selection or more competitive price, but perhaps the best part of Leibish is the customer service.

I own many diamonds and recently purchased a 1 carat fancy yellow as well as a half carat blue. Each of these was set into a ring. The custom design process was meticulous and the craftsmanship went beyond my expectations. The rings are stunning. It is the finest jewelry work I have seen outside a museum. Chavi is a skilled designer, Aviva is great to work with and Leibish & Co is trustworthy. When I want a diamond, I will go to them.

I've worked with Mali on two occasions to source pink diamonds for an engagement ring and then a wedding band. A dream coming True:) Le Coeur rose

When I started to understand that me and my girlfriends realentionship was going to be a marrige I thought that I had to find the perfect stone to give her. (I know that the ring is'nt the most important but I just wanted to find the perfect stone to give her :) ).

My girlfriend LOVES pink and hearts:) Almost everything she has in her apartment is pink.

For example she has pink frying pan and pink toolkit:)
So I thought is there possible to find a pink diamond that is heart shaped?
You see I live in Norway and here all jewelry shops only sells rings with colorless diamonds, I really don't know why..

I had no belive that I would find a pink heart shaped diamond that I could afford but I thought that if I not try to find it I will always regret.

Thank you Leibish & Co. for my my gogeous, lucky ring!

My husband and I decided to upgrade my ring for our 12th anniversary. I had my heart set on a canary yellow diamond, but having looked at Tiffany's and other local jewelers, I was afraid what I wanted was out of our price range.

I started researching online and discovered Leibish. The inventory was huge, the descriptions and photos were excellent, and the prices were almost too good to be true! So of course I researched even more.

Once I felt confident the source was legitimate, my shopping began in earnest. Amir was so helpful, answering emails in the middle of the night (ok, there WAS a time difference but still, it was great to wake up at 4 am to a response!) When my pear-shaped canary diamond set in it's custom-designed pave weave band was delivered, it met every expectation and even exceeded a few (the workmanship of the yellow gold basket is phenomenal.) And when I had it appraised for insurance purposes, the appraisal came in 72% above what I paid for it. Now that is value for the money!

I call this my lucky ring because 2 days after I had it on my finger, I was hit by an SUV while on my motorcycle. Among other injuries, the thumb on my left hand was broken. That hand was covered in scrapes. But my ring was perfect - even took it to a local jeweler to inspect - not a loose diamond or scratch on it!

I came across the website of Leibish & Co while researching diamond investment ideas. 
I was immediately mesmerised by the vast selection of beautiful color diamonds on the website. Amir did a good job presenting me with options suiting my high clarity requirement.
