Terms & Conditions of all Sales and Campaigns

LEIBISH is glad to provide great deals with excellent value periodically throughout the year. Since LEIBISH focuses so strongly on customer satisfaction, we felt it quite necessary to note the general terms and conditions of our sales.

All offers, promotions, sales, etc., are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Other restrictions may apply.

Sales Terms and Conditions

With all sales and campaigns, LEIBISH offers are only valid towards the regular listed prices of products listed on www.leibish.com. If the price is not listed, that piece specifically is not be included in the sale as it may not currently be available or it may be 'busy' with another client. While a sale is active, payments may still be made through all available payment methods (for example, by PayPal, Stripe, or wire transfer).

Not every sale includes every item listed on the website. Unless otherwise stated (such as when the offer is on all items), the sale is offered only off the products with a 'SALE' icon. The SALE icon may vary according to the campaign being run, and it may contain additional text (such as SPRING SALE, VALENTINES DAY SALE, WEDDING SALE, or CYBER SALE).

In the event that a discount is provided through a Gift Voucher or Coupon Code, the discount is valid for only 90 days from the original date the Gift Voucher is sent, unless otherwise stated. Gift Vouchers of a dollar value must be presented to our staff in order to redeem the dollar amount or the Coupon Code must be utilized at the time of purchase through the website. Gift Vouchers and Coupon Codes may not be combined with any other sales, discounts, or promotions, unless otherwise stated. Gift vouchers, coupon codes, and any other discounts may only used with a minimum listed purchase price of US $1,000, unless otherwise stated.

 

Terms & Conditions for Newsletter Registration Campaign

1. Eligibility:
The "Register to Our Newsletter & Enter to Win a $5000 Gift Certificate" campaign ("Campaign") is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of LEIBISH, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Period:
The entry period for the Campaign begins on Thursday, June 6, 2024 at 7:00am (EST) and ends on Tuesday, December 31, 2024, at 11:59 PM (EST).

3. How to Enter:
To enter the Campaign, participants must sign up for the LEIBISH newsletter by providing a valid email address during the entry period. Only one entry per person is permitted. No purchase required.  The customer must still be registered to the newsletter on the day of the raffle in order to qualify.

4. Drawing and Winner Announcement:
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received and will be notified via email during the first two weeks of January 2025. The gift must be claimed within 3 business days of receiving the email or will be considered forfeited.

5. Prize:
The winner will receive a $5,000 gift certificate to use at Leibish.com. The winner can choose one item (either a loose stone, readymade jewelry, or a DYO (Design Your Own) item including center stone + setting) up to a $5,000 value. The customer cannot receive cash or credit for any portion not used/claimed. The gift certificate may not be combined with other discounts or promotions and has no cash value. The gift certificate must be used in accordance with LEIBISH's standard terms of use.

6. Taxes:
Local taxes may apply to the prize. The winner is responsible for any taxes, fees, or additional costs associated with the prize.

7. General Conditions:
    - LEIBISH reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Campaign, or any part of it - as determined by LEIBISH in its sole discretion.
    - LEIBISH reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Campaign or to be acting in violation of these Terms & Conditions or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
    - Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Campaign may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, LEIBISH reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability:
By participating in the Campaign, entrants agree to release and hold harmless LEIBISH, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Campaign or receipt or use of the prize.

9. Governing Law:
The Campaign and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LEIBISH is located, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

10. Privacy:
Information collected from entrants is subject to LEIBISH's privacy policy.

"Add-to-Cart" Campaign

Effective Dates: October 28, 2024 – October 31, 2024

1. Campaign Overview

  • The "Add to Cart" campaign allows customers to add their favorite jewelry items to their shopping cart between October 28, 2024 and October 31, 2024.
  • Participants will be the first to see Black Friday prices on the items in their cart when the sale begins on November 1, 2024.

2. Eligibility

  • The campaign is open to all customers with an account on LEIBISH.com.
  • Customers must add items to their shopping cart during the campaign period (October 28-31) to be eligible.

3. How It Works

  • Between October 28 and October 31, 2024, customers can browse LEIBISH.com and add jewelry items to their shopping cart.
  • Customers must be logged into their LEIBISH account in order to have their cart saved.
  • On November 1, 2024, the Black Friday sale prices will automatically be applied to all eligible items in the customer's cart.
  • Customers will be able to view the discounted prices by logging into their account and checking their cart on November 1, 2024.

4. Discount and Pricing

  • The final discounted prices will be revealed on November 1, 2024, as part of the Black Friday Sale.
  • Discounts of up to 30% may apply to eligible jewelry items. Exact discounts will vary by product.
  • Items must still be available for purchase when Black Friday prices are revealed. Adding items to your cart does not reserve or guarantee availability or stock.

5. Exclusions

  • The "Add to Cart" campaign applies to selected jewelry items only. Exclusions may include:
    • Loose diamonds, gemstones, or colored diamonds unless specifically marked for the sale.
    • Custom items, services (e.g., engraving, appraisals), and gift cards.
    • Previously purchased items.

6. Important Notes

  • Adding items to your cart does not guarantee their availability or the final sale price. Inventory may change, and items in the cart are not reserved.
  • Prices shown during the campaign period are not reflective of Black Friday discounts. The actual Black Friday prices will only be revealed on November 1, 2024.
  • If an item in the cart is sold out or removed from the site before November 1, the Black Friday discount will not apply, and the item will no longer be available for purchase.

7. Purchases and Checkout

  • The discounted Black Friday prices will be available for checkout starting November 1, 2024, when the Black Friday Sale officially begins.
  • Customers are encouraged to review their cart and proceed to checkout as soon as possible to secure their desired items, as stock is limited.

8. Returns and Exchanges

  • Standard return and exchange policies apply to items purchased during the Black Friday Sale.
  • The return amount will be based on the final discounted price paid at checkout.

9. Other Terms

  • LEIBISH reserves the right to modify or cancel this campaign at any time without prior notice.
  • LEIBISH is not responsible for items that go out of stock or are removed from the site during the campaign period.
  • This campaign cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or offers unless specifically stated.

Terms & Conditions Black Friday Sale

Effective Dates: November 1, 2024 – November 30, 2024

1. Promotion Overview
- Customers can enjoy discounts of up to 30% off on selected Jewelry and Design Your Own (DYO) Settings
- This promotion is valid from 12:00 AM (EST) November 1, 2024, through 11:59 PM (EST) November 30, 2024.

2. Eligibility
- The offer is available to all customers shopping on LEIBISH.com
- Discounted prices are available only for items specifically included in the Black Friday promotion.

3. Discount Structure
- Discounts of up to 30% apply to eligible Jewelry and Design Your Own (DYO) Settings
- The final discount may vary by product, category, or collection. Exact discounts will be displayed on eligible product pages.
- The discount is automatically applied at checkout for eligible products. No promo code is necessary.

4. Exclusions
- The Black Friday discount does not apply to:
  - Loose diamonds, gemstones, or colored diamonds unless explicitly marked as part of the sale.
  - Custom or special orders outside of the Design Your Own settings.
  - Gift cards and any associated services (e.g., appraisals, engravings, etc.).
  - Previous purchases. The discount is applicable only to purchases made during the promotional period.
  - May not be combined with Loyalty Points and/or other discounts or promotions.

5. Returns and Exchanges
- Standard return and exchange policies apply. Items purchased during the Black Friday Sale are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of receipt, subject to our regular return policy conditions.
- If an item purchased with a discount is returned, the refund amount will reflect the discounted price.

6. Other Terms
- LEIBISH reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
- In the event of any dispute regarding the terms of the promotion, LEIBISH reserves the right to make the final decision.
- The promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discount codes unless explicitly stated.
