Pricing

A lot of effort has been made to ensure that all prices on the LEIBISH website are accurate. There are instances where a pricing error has been made due to technical reasons. In such a case, LEIBISH reserves the right to change or modify the product pricing at any time, and in its sole discretion. Any change or modification which appears is considered effective immediately.

If a pricing error is only recognized after a quotation and/or order is already placed, LEIBISH reserves the right to cancel the order. LEIBISH will advise the client of the change by either phone, email, or in person, but if the client is not available, the change will be considered effective immediately.

All the prices displayed on the company's website are currently shown only in the United States currency format. (US Format - $1,234,567.89 – One million two hundred and thirty four thousand five hundred and sixty seven dollars and eighty nine cents). Therefore, even if the price is quoted in the official currency of the eurozone, EURO, it will be shown in the US format.

In the event that an extended payment plan is approved, purchased goods are not covered under the 30-Day return policy.

b. Testimonials should be clear, concise, and focused on experiences with LEIBISH products or services.
c. Testimonials must adhere to community guidelines and must not contain any offensive, inappropriate, or defamatory content.

3. Rights Granted

By submitting a video testimonial, the Customer grants LEIBISH irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, edit, reproduce, distribute, and display the testimonial in any format and on any platform, without further compensation to the Customer.

4. Loyalty Points Reward

Upon successful submission and approval of the video testimonial by LEIBISH, the Customer will receive 250 loyalty points credited to their loyalty program account within 30 days.

5. Verification

LEIBISH reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the testimonial and the Customer's eligibility for the loyalty points reward. Any false information provided may result in disqualification from the program and forfeiture of any rewards.

6. Usage Rights

Customers acknowledge that LEIBISH may use their name, likeness, and testimonial in promotional materials, marketing campaigns, and other company communications without further notification or compensation.

7. Indemnification

Customers agree to indemnify and hold LEIBISH, its affiliates, and its employees harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to the Customer's video testimonial submission.

8. Modification and Termination

LEIBISH reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the video testimonial submission program, or any part of it, at any time without prior notice.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York State, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Acceptance of Terms

Submission of a video testimonial constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Supplementing Information

In order to fulfill LEIBISH's obligations to customers, it is necessary for the company to supplement the information received with information from third-party sources. For example, when determining if a customer qualifies, the company uses their name and social security number to request a credit report. Once the customer's credit worthiness has been determined, all associated records are destroyed.

Special Offers

LEIBISH sends all new members a welcome e-mail to verify their passwords and user names. Established members will occasionally receive information about products, services and special offers. From time to time, LEIBISH offers great sales, gift vouchers, coupon codes, and fantastic discounts on certain items. All sales are time-limited. Gift vouchers, coupon codes, and any other discounts can only be used 90 days from the time they are originally sent out with a minimum listed price of US $1,000. There are no double discounts with sales, gift vouchers, coupons, or discounts. Discounts, coupons, or gift vouchers can only be used on the full listed price of any item even if a sale is in progress and the product is offered at a lower value . LEIBISH reserves the right to refuse the sale of any product. If any pricing error is recognized, even after the payment is received, LEIBISH reserves the right to cancel the sale and refund the transaction in full. LEIBISH reserves the right to change or modify any of the Terms and Conditions or/and any guideline, or policy at any time, and in its sole discretion. Opt-out

LEIBISH users are given the opportunity to 'opt-out' of having their information used for marketing purposes, not directly related to the web site at the point where they are prompted for information.

For example, when using the www.LEIBISH.com order form to order an item, customers have an 'opt-out' mechanism enabling them to purchase products without being put on the company's mailing list. Welcome to our Loyalty Program! By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Earning Points:

You will earn 5 points for every $100 spent (up to a maximum of $150,000 and 3 points for every additional $100 spent.
You will get 100 Points just for signing up for our Newsletter. Be the first to know about new arrivals, special offers, and more.
Each point is equivalent to $1.

2. Redemption:

Points can be redeemed during online checkout or when making a purchase with one of our sales associates.
Points may be used for a maximum discount of 25% off any regular priced item.

Mockup Requests at LEIBISH

We understand that it can be challenging to envision what your final piece of jewelry will look like and we are happy to provide mockup images of the design you have selected. Customers may receive up to 3 complimentary mockups. If you wish to see more mockup images, we require a deposit of $250, which is refundable in the event that you decide not to purchase for any reason.

Photography Requests at LEIBISH

When requesting additional images/videos of diamonds, gemstones or jewelry pieces, there is a limit of up to 5 stones per customer. In the event that you would like to see more than 5 stones, we require a deposit of $50 per stone (beyond the initial 5) with a max of 10 stones total.

Custom Jewelry

Please be advised that our minimum price for custom-made jewelry is based on a center stone value of at least US$5,000.
